POKER RUN 2008

The POKER RUN is organised as a major fundraising event to help towards the running of the King of the Mountain Festival.

This year we will be holding our 3rd annual poker run. Last year was a great success with nearly 150 motorcycles participating. This year we are hoping for it to be bigger and better.

So WHY NOT come along on SUNDAY JULY 6 and enjoy a Sunday ride through the picturesque Sunshine Coast Hinterland and maybe even beyond.

The ride will start from Stan Topper Park, Pomona. Registrations will be from 8am and we will leave at approximately 9am. Cost is $15 per poker hand. There will be three stops along the way with one of them being a “YUMMY” homemade smoko. Plenty of chances to win prizes with random draws at each stop. We will finish with a sausage sizzle and a coldie where the presentation of trophies for the BEST, 2nd BEST & Worst hands will take place, as well as a “MYSTERY” trophy which is kindly donated by the Gympie Historical Motorcycle Club.
